Nail colors trend just like any other fashion statement, but red seems to remain a classic. There is something about red nails that adds a touch of glamour in my opinion. What can be hard is finding a red that is right for you. OPI's Big Apple Red is quite a universal shade. There is not a heavy suggestion of blue or orange -- so it's a pretty true red. Also, as much as I hate to spend close to $10 for a bottle of polish, it wears quite well, so to me, it's worth the splurge.
